Our platform enables users to:

  • Check factory recalls
  • Translate Japanese auction sheets
  • Estimate import taxes
  • Browse curated Japanese vehicle listings with specifications and pricing
  • Access assistance services for vehicle sourcing and import processes
2. Use of Services

By using our website, you agree:

  • To use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not to misuse, copy, or exploit any part of the system or data
  • To provide accurate and complete information when required

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or suspicious activity is detected.

3. Auction Information & Accuracy

Our platform provides tools to independently evaluate vehicles from Japanese auctions. However:

  • Auction sheet translations (especially automated/AI-based) may not always be 100% accurate
  • Some auction houses or document types may have limited or no support
  • Users are responsible for final verification before making purchasing decisions

JP CHECKER (PVT) LTD is not liable for any decisions made based on provided data.

4. Digital Services & Credits

We offer both free and paid digital services including:

  • Auction sheet translations
  • Vehicle reports
  • Access to auction images
  • Import-related tools and assistance

Credits & Plans:

  • Free users may receive limited daily access
  • Paid credits (translation/VIP/image plans) are sold as one-time purchases or subscriptions
  • Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated
5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via PayHere.

By making a payment, you agree that:

  • Payments are for digital services and service-related fees
  • Charges are clearly displayed before checkout
  • You authorize us to process the payment
6. Refund Policy (Summary)

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Completed services (translations, reports, data access) are non-refundable
  • Refunds may only be considered in cases of:
    • Duplicate payments
    • Technical errors from our system

7. Vehicle Import Assistance

We may assist with sourcing and importing vehicles from Japan to Sri Lanka. Important notes:

  • We act as a facilitator/support service, not the direct seller of vehicles
  • Final purchase decisions are made by the user
  • Import taxes, duties, and regulations are subject to Sri Lankan government policies
  • Estimated taxes provided are indicative and may vary
8. Third-Party Services

Our platform may rely on third-party systems including:

  • Auction data providers
  • Payment gateways (PayHere)
  • External verification tools

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime or errors from third-party services
  • Changes in auction data availability
9. Limitation of Liability

JP CHECKER (PVT) LTD shall not be held liable for:

  • Financial losses due to vehicle purchases
  • Inaccuracies in auction data or translations
  • Delays or issues in import processes
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and system features on this website are the property of JP CHECKER (PVT) LTD. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or resell platform content
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the system
11. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
