JP CHECKER (PVT) LTD provides digital services related to Japanese vehicle auction
verification, translations, reports, and import assistance. This Refund Policy outlines the
terms under which refunds may or may not be granted.
1. Nature of Services
All services provided on this platform are digital and/or service-based, including but not
limited to:
- Auction sheet translations (automated and manual)
- Vehicle reports and verification tools
- Chassis number checks and recall checks
- Import tax estimations
- Auction image access
- Vehicle sourcing and import assistance services
2. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services:
- All purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered or accessed
- Credits purchased (translation credits, VIP credits, image access plans) are non-refundable after activation or usage
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Technical errors that prevent service delivery
- Payment processed but service not provided due to system failure
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by JP CHECKER (PVT) LTD.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect vehicle selection or user decision errors
- Dissatisfaction due to auction results or vehicle condition
- Minor inaccuracies in AI-based translations
- Delays caused by third-party services (auction houses, data providers, payment gateways)
- Partial usage of credits or services
5. Service Limitations
Users acknowledge that:
- Some auction sheets, images, or documents may have limited or no support
- Certain translations may take additional time depending on complexity
- Data accuracy depends on third-party auction sources
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must:
- Submit a request within 7 days of the transaction
- Provide proof of payment and transaction details
- Clearly explain the reason for the request

7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Processing
time may vary depending on the payment provider (PayHere).
8. Chargebacks
Users are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks
may result in:
- Suspension or termination of user accounts
- Restriction from future services
9. Changes to This Policy
JP CHECKER (PVT) LTD reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates
will be effective immediately upon posting.
